@lufthansa It asks for receipts for item. Just because I don’t have that receipt, it is not considered a loss. For how long do I have to keep a receipt when I buy something by thinking in some point my stuffs might be getting damaged in a flight?

@lufthansa I want a solution to this. Have I been waiting this long for this luggage? Is this how Lufthansa and Çelebi Aviation serve their customers?

@lufthansa had flight from Vancouver to Istanbul with connecting flight at Frankfurt on June 19, 2024. I got my luggage 13 days after landing to Istanbul Airport because my luggage was not sent from Frankfurt. My luggage is delivered to my home address all damaged today.

@lufthansa I called the number you provided. However, I did not get any help because no one is picking the phone. Celebi Lost and Found office, in Istanbul, does not provide either a proper response or help. Who will solve my problem, Lufthansa? When will I get my luggage back?
