@NUICFootball You have coaches that have jobs thats do not work at the school and will change or adjust their work schedules, sometimes making less pay, to come coach for a few hundred bucks. Not everyone gets the luxury of teaching at a school they coach at. Small school ball at its finest!

Kyle gets it. I said the other day, stipends of $5k or less. Trost has no idea, outside of his lazy coach speech, which is an administrative problem. What he forgets is a different society that also has to be in this scope and not mentioned.

Chicagoland Christian Conference, newest league in the state, has proved to be an instant powerhouse at the small school level. Through two postseasons, the CCC has accounted for 25% of the State hardware for 1A/2A. Four teams currently ranked in 2A Top 25.
