@PUBG_Support Steal Super People revive mechanic. Pubg will be #1 BR again. Nothing competes with Pubg gunplay size and epicness. But over the years players are now use to a good revive mechanic so their friends dont have to sit and watch after the other 3 friends clutch a sweet situation.

@PUBG_Support Good thing you're on top of the store purchase bug... Meanwhile, we have a staircase bug still in the game that doesn't seem to have been fixed or addressed. I could list countless other bugs but something tells me you wont even take a second look back at twitter to see them.

There is a known issue associated with the step-up system which causes sequential purchases to not work correctly.
The team is working on resolving this.
We'll update as soon as the issue is fixed.

@ponopubg @PUBG_Support Because nearly every update takes prolonged periods of time with zero explanation from the devs. If they released an explanation why it takes so long, I would likely be more understanding. However, I'm not going to have mercy on a company that wont even bother to communicate.

@YoHoPiratesHo @PUBG_Support Yep. I would be willing to accept 4 hours for this update. Maybe 5. 8 hours is an entire work day in most of the world just to move an update from the test servers to live and flush all the memory required etc and restart. Seems excessive.

@VVingnut @PUBG_Support Seems like that is how they are scheduled. They are just alotting more than 30 minutes for these tasks which should take less time under competent management. I'm not new to gaming. I've seen dozens of companies update their games. No other games take this long for so little.

@VVingnut @PUBG_Support It took me less than 5 minutes to download the game files for this update. 30 minutes is generous to update their servers internally with high bandwidth LAN networking presumably.

@VVingnut @PUBG_Support In progress games finishing 30mins. Removing cache, old DLLs and executables can happen simultaneously 30mins. Check clean up 30mins, copy files 30 mins. Install 30mins. Configure 30mins. Test 30mins. Confirm and enable 30 mins. Takes 4 hrs tops if you're not incompetent.
