The mine is called Rubaya, which is a Kinyarwanda name. Everyone living around the town of Rubaya, or working in those mines, speaks Kinyarwanda. This is Banyarwanda land, and it has always been, even before colonialists set foot in what they called Congo. Those people are now Congolese by the edicts of those who drew our borders. You either accept those borders with the people, or you reject the borders, and the people return to their original country with their land, or even better, they create their own Republic. Make a choice, because they are not going anywhere.
