@Delta 12A on an Airbus 321-200 is not a comfort+ seat. It’s thinner, so less cubic feet and for a big guy like me, not comfortable. Main exit would have been better and cheaper. Paid $ and medallion. Stop selling this seat without a warning of some kind.

@Codie_Sanchez Many of the businesses listed here require labor that is difficult to find these days. Even if you pay top dollar, who wants to work in lawn care when they can get a comfy job with benefits in an Amazon warehouse? I see lots of biz for sale right now that have labor problems.

@Codie_Sanchez Lake management business. It’s like a pool route but much less crowded and a lot less work. Get yearly contracts and only need a kayak. Very needed in southeastern US in HOA communities.

Spent the last 3 working months on a $6.6m deal. Just fell through. Numbers were bad. Site visit had a bunch of red flags. Did I waste 3 months or save $6.6mm?? Never fall in love with something that can’t love you back. Especially deals.
