@oconnelldaithi @JamesSliabhLiag @TholstrupJens @SpiritAndWood I'm not actually sure which one is right, but we can send alcohol from the pot to any of them. Hope that helps!

@oconnelldaithi @JamesSliabhLiag @TholstrupJens @SpiritAndWood In our case we can use our still in pot still mode, 4 plate mode, or 16 plate mode depending on the spirit.

@TholstrupJens @SpiritAndWood It's a hybrid still, so you can use it in pot still mode, or either the 4 or 16 plate column. Great to have options!

Got to commission our blending tank today after a productive blending session with @jjcorry_eric from @jjcorry_eric. Its sized to produce a single barrel at a time meaning every barrel we produce is unique.
