@GlevumSecurity whilst applying Real Living Wage rate (currently £12.00phr outside London)& higher 2 many of our #security roles, we`ve always applied the highest NLW age rate 2 all our security roles from 18 yrs & above & support the LPC recommendation to move towards this ASAP
