🚨 BAD ACTORS STILL REMAIN AT THE FBI DESPITE TRUMP ADMIN VOWING TO CRACK DOWN ON WEAPONIZED GOVERNMENT 🚨 Last week, I noted a link between Jack Smith and U.S. v. Raniere – which former U.S. Attorneys and FBI examiners say has the most widespread government malfeasance they’ve ever seen. A sworn joint report by 7 post-conviction digital-forensics experts, including 4 former FBI examiners , found that core “evidence” in this case was falsified and planted, concluding that “the involvement of government personnel in this evidentiary fraud is inescapable.”  An independent expert retained by @Newsweek agreed. When that story briefly vanished from Google, the reporter asked, “Did the @FBI bury this story?”  Coincidentally, there's key overlap between this case and the lawfare against President Trump. The rot runs deep! The same Quantico expert, David Loveall II, who was brought in to deny these allegations, was later selected by Jack Smith as an intended testifying witness in his “classified-documents” prosecution of President Trump. Former FBI Director Chris Wray ignored multiple detailed warnings from a retired FBI Quantico Unit Chief that this case would become “the biggest FBI evidence scandal since the FBI Laboratory trace evidence fiasco in the 1990s.” Former Biden US Attorney General Merrick Garland even awarded members of the implicated @FBI and prosecutorial team for their work in this very case, AFTER expert-vetted proof of misconduct was filed.  EDNY Judge Nicholas Garaufis (who overturned President Trump on DACA and has called Trump ‘bigoted’) denied an evidentiary hearing for the 7 experts, instead saying that he believed Loveall, who never testified, and who claimed without any proof, that there was no falsification of evidence. The Second Circuit affirmed that no evidentiary hearing is needed, effectively covering up the FBI malfeasance, and even “commended” Judge Garaufis.   The proof now sits on FBI Director Patel’s desk.  A joint letter from former FBI and DOJ officials urged him to act on “clear evidence of indictable government crime.” See letter attached below 👇🏻 The American people are DONE with talk and empty promises of accountability. After Arctic Frost, 10 years of witch hunts against President Trump and his supporters, and the endless Jack Smith headlines and Biden DOJ propaganda, the American people don’t just want the weaponization exposed, they want to see arrests of corrupt government officials, including dirty FBI agents involved in crimes. This case provides a highly-vetted, non-partisan doorway to pursue indictable government wrongdoing, starting with tangible proof tied to specific low-level FBI agents. Many of the agents involved are still working at the FBI, which is why it’s necessary for @FBIDirectorKash and @FBIDDBongino to review the evidence immediately to prevent those implicated from corrupting more cases.  We have the right administration to begin restoring trust and public faith in the DOJ and FBI. ICE secretly kidnap autistic boy during bathroom break—never notify family. Mother reported him missing a week ago—turns out ICE had him detained the whole time. He was helping sell fruit and asked to go to the restroom—by the time she was done helping a customer he was gone. Mother called local police to file a report—but even they couldn't find out he was in ICE custody until 6 days later. It's especially worrying because the 15-year-old boy reportedly functions "like a 4-year-old child" due to his autism. He is currently still detained at the detention center in Houston, Texas. #DemsUnited
