Yesterday, our team attended a stakeholders dialogue convened by the @GlobalSpotlight, bringing together CSOs, government actors, district officials, and partners to strengthen collective action to eliminate violence against women and girls (VAWG). The dialogue included a panel discussion on how CSOs can strengthen sustainable responses to VAWG, including community-based mechanisms, access to justice for survivors, disability inclusion in GBV programming, and government–CSO partnerships for long-term impact.

61 women in Zombo, farmers, traders, and artisans, engaged in financial literacy training by FIDA-Uganda’s Zombo Justice Desk under the Her Access: Intergrated SGBV & SRHR Response Project, with support from @unwomenuganda, @NLinUganda through @GlobalSpotlight. Through practical sessions on budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management, women are shifting from survival to strategy, making informed financial decisions and strengthening their economic resilience.
