@UPS This is unacceptable my package has been delayed 6 times due to “weather conditions” the roads have been cleared and yesterday while i was tracking the package i saw the driver, drive past my street and keep if i have the option i will never use UPS again

@UPS Hello, why do you even have a customer care number if it doesn’t work? The phone system just connects to a virtual assistant that’s not helpful at all. I’ve been trying to get my package for the past 2 days. It says the address is wrong, but my address is correct
