If you’re a trader, and you’re actively trading, this is for you. Sometimes you get frustrated and tired. You just want to quit trading because you keep losing your prop firm accounts, you keep blowing your accounts over and over. The next minute you come online, you see people passing their accounts, flipping accounts, making good profits and then you start to question yourself. You start hating yourself because no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to get it. Feels like everything is against you. You do everything you know you’re supposed to do, yet no single result to show for it. You count the years you’ve been trading and feel like you’re just wasting your time here and that nothing will ever come from it. I am not even here to motivate you and inspire you to continue. A brief story to ease the fear of trading 👇 In August 2023, an old acquaintance and mentor reached out to me and said he'd been seeing my results and wanted to learn how to trade but since he didn't have the time to learn, I advised him to give me the funds to manage for him. So in September 2023, he sent me $10k (i accepted the offer because i knew him,and we agreed on a 10% monthly ROI) But I applied my 10 trades rule on the account, which is taking 10 trades with the whole $10k, risking $1k per trade. By the end of a week, I had made over $15k in profit. At the end of the month, I had done $43k+ in profits and $41k in withdrawals But I gave him the agreed 10% monthly ($1000) PS: I made free money Recently, he told me he needed the $10k for his business, and I happily gave him the $10k and also invested an extra $10k in his business. NOTE: I had a strong belief that I couldn't lose 10 trades in a row, and also stuck with the $2k risk all through. Now I've been doing this consistently with small capitals Thinking about it, I've lost count of the amount I've made from trading because of my golden trading skills. I'll stop here for now. But I'm curious, what did you learn from this story?

@Wizarab10 Very valid questions that we sometimes answer casually under the euphoria of the moment, we all just say Yes without even understanding what those vows mean, that's why when the time of trouble comes many don't know how to handle it, let alone keep to the commitment they made.

As a man, if your business crashes and you exhaust your savings and investment to settle debt, which still doesn't suffice. Assuming it takes you about 2 - 3 years to get back on your feet, do you think you would get the same respect from your woman if she carries the family? As a woman, would you be okay to carry the family without disrespecting the man to his face in words and actions, or disrespecting him in his absence to the children, or live without considering leaving him or looking outside - with no end in sight for when the down time would be over? These are the questions you people need to be asking yourselves. It will help you with self awareness and circle back to your vows to know if your commitment is controlled by money or matrimonial vows in the presence of God till death do you part. Vows covers unforseen circumstances. Many people don't seem to know that so their vows are usually vows of convenience. Are you in this union for real, against all odds, irrespective of unforseen wind of change or you're there as long as it is convenient? Your answer is irrelevant to me. It is for your family. You have only one heart, be true to it.
