Nobody said marketing is not important. Or at all, it’s even more important than all.
So many companies die out because they believe they built the best products but fail to distribute.
Marketing is powerful because you need to get out of your comfort zone to find those people willing to pay for what you built.
English

@billionair_code The thing is, people will get use to any name you give your product as long as it’s solve their problems. Branding matters but bro marketing is the real branding. Before you know Opay social media handle, you were already using them.
English

@Kruzmiles Build a great product that ACTUALLY solves a REAL PAIN and PROBLEMS, and be STRATEGIC with your BRANDING.
Then you’re good to go.
English

@billionair_code lol just build a great product and you’re good to go.

Hmm Angel, familiarity doesn't automatically translate into a strong first impression.
In branding, when a naming style becomes overused, it starts to lose its distinctiveness. A name ending in "ify" isn't necessarily bad, but because there are so many of them, it can come across as generic rather than memorable.
That's why I don't think familiarity and a strong first impression are the same thing.
That said, I get the point you're trying to make.
Personally, I'd rather go with a unique name than one that follows a common, repetitive pattern. But even then, the name isn't the most important part.
The real priority is validating the idea, making sure you're solving a real problem and that people are actually willing to pay for the solution.
Once you've established that, your brand name should be a strategic decision. If you can choose a name that's unique and stands out instead of following a trend, even better.
A memorable name will usually do more for your brand than one that simply feels familiar.

@billionair_code I agree that names influence first impressions ,but I don’t think names ending in ”-ify” are inherently bad…they’re familiar and familiarity doesn’t automatically make them ineffective…a name can still create a strong first impression even if it follows a common naming pattern
English

You’re partially correct.
Names aren’t irrelevant. They influence first impressions, memorability, trust, and expectations. That’s well established in branding and consumer psychology.
Before someone experiences the product, the name is often all they have to go on.
A great product is key, but name plays a huge factor too.

@billionair_code If the product is great, nobody cares what it ends with
