@GlobianceCS I have passed KYC in V3 and in V3 balance is shown my XDC! However, Globiance does not allow to withdraw XDC with this notice: "The selected currency is not enabled for withdrawal". Until I can withdraw (I cannot for 1.5 years) it is stolen!!!

@GlobianceCS I just need to finish my por, tried once and got denied. Haven’t tried since. What documents can be used to complete por? I tried electric bill. It was the most current and I’m guessing maybe that’s why it was declined
