negative it means the shorts are paying the longs and the exchange is essentially screaming at the world that they need more buyers to step in this is where i found my edge after losing way too much money to liquidations and over trading because i finally realized that code is the great equalizer. i used to spend hundreds of thousands on developers thinking i could never learn to code myself but
