@GazelleStep you don’t ever really stop autopiloting, you just keep adding to it and fixing your muscle memory. I also have unmedicated adhd so I repeat what I need to do outloud until I do it in game, it’s worked for me a lot

Genuinely, how do I stop autopiloting in fighting games? There are so many times where instead of doing the right punish that I know I should be doing in my head that my hands just kinda act before i think it. Is it the unmedicated ADHD or does anyone else do this?
