@SouthwestAir - Thank you for easing up your restriction on moving seats when the flight isn’t full. Kudos to flight 2117 SJC to LAX 5/28/26. FAs were chill and th pilot was v good looking too! Very different vibe from when you had just switched over to assigned seating in Feb.

@SouthwestAir if you try free bag check if the flight is full, you’ll save so much time!!! I’m sure you can track if the flight is full ahead of time. It’s as easy as sending a message to patients that bag check will be free for their flight (if full).

@SouthwestAir y’all need to seriously fix the boarding process! I’m seated in the front, got group 5 & my bag is all the way in row 20. It’s holding up the process and my flight is becoming more and more delayed. I see your customer satisfaction rating dropping way down in 2026.
