It would lose the personal aspect of having your own team name, but would be much easier to run and allow promotion and relegation.

Promotion was a bridge too far this season, left myself too much to do, but this dude rotting in the reserves when I took over will be a huge part of our future. Credit to former manager John Sheran for snapping him up from Zenith!

We have a pool of managers who could do a few co-comms per season, including me. New managers would also know what was expected of them.
