It’s our last day gift wrapping in Waterstones @watergloucester It’s been a pleasure to talk to people & wrap a present or two! 🎁🎄 I even got to wrap a couple of presents for Winter the dog, whose owner,Matt said he loves to open them himself 🦴

Our lovely volunteers can be found in Waterstones @watergloucester offering their amazing gift wrapping services to shoppers this Christmas. It's a highlight in our calendar & we are made to feel so welcome by the @watergloucester Team.

We also raised a very mighty £50, so our grateful thanks to everyone who donated during the session

Our volunteers made a fantastic effort in the rather wet, windy weather at Gloucester Train Station on the weekend. A good effort at caroling & an excellent opportunity to say that whatever you're facing this Christmas @GlosSamaritans will be here if you need someone to listen

Our tree will be on display by the pulpit until the Twelfth Night. The tradition to display a tree at the festival was first started by a longstanding volunteer Audrey, who passed away last year. We miss her a great deal and this is a fantastic way to remember her joy & kindness

Our tree is one of 117 in the Stroud Christmas Tree Festival, organised by Stroud Parish Churches & is open until Sun 10th Dec. Volunteer Beverley carefully crafted the decorations & masterminded the final product below, even making garlands from the tags from Brew Monday teabags
