Am I the only one who thinks this way the right call? When 5 had the ball and the Dingle player goes for it, 5 lifts it above his shoulders and that’s what the ref is seeing. Rule might be a joke but it was the right call. Plus he was consistent. Gave the same to Barrs

@SmallerFishGAA 💯 at club level it’s gone ridiculous. Basically there is no tackle anymore!! As soon as 1 never mind 2/3 tacklers come in on a player it’s a free and solo & go… refs have gone from a defensive swarm mindset to just avoiding flash points & letting play go too much imo

Luke was already a beast and a super footballer before Hyrox even existed. Athletes like him are phenomenally robust and will stroll through such things.
Most players outside the top 5% athletically struggle to do sets of explosive repeat broad jumps.
Doing a heap of burpees and then running a k is not wise for most people
