@SkyHelpTeam Enginner slot 8am to 1pm, no sign no courtesy call message. Not ringing as waited 20mins, OK maybe busy, but as VIP member, have sky cover I pay and 150 a month, I expect better service. I've ploughed on for last few years, but likely look elsewhere soon, real shame
