Today @parkrunUK we pushed our goal doing an additional lap to run our furthest together yet as we prepare for our half marathon relay ❤️🏃🏻‍♀️We will be running the Amazing Northampton Run to raise funds for @NHCFGreenHeart who provide support to our staff & patients @NGHnhstrust ❤️

@Nsport's ethos is to promote sport for all - and chief exec, Chris Holmes, proved just what's possible when he won our Shires & Spires Marathon on Sunday. Victory came despite the slight reservations of Mrs H... who was shocked to see him lead the field home! Congrats Chris!
