Hi @TwitchSupport, I’m trying to get the username JustHatim. The old account was deleted for inactivity or ban but the previous owner consents to me taking it, I can show proof. I’m a Twitch affiliate streaming 3+ years, and this name matches my brand on other platforms.

@Driggsy_ @elgato yes indeed the problem occurred only after i upgraded to 32.0.1 and i tried downgrading but that also didnt help

@GoHatim @elgato Hmmm I haven't run into that. Are you seeing the same issue with 32.0.1?

OBS 32.0.0 was just launched a few days ago If you update, you might have to re-download the Aitum Vertical plug-in Also make sure you update your @elgato Stream Deck software, as OBS 32 support was added!
