@JustinBrannan Despite hard work of @NYCSanitation, our streets aren't getting consistently cleaned because too many NYers decide its cheaper to pay occasional ASP tickets than to park in a garage. We need to encourage car owners to do their part in keeping our streets clean & preventing rats.
