Hey @GoKineticFiber , I’ve been on a 200 MB plan for almost a decade. At some point, the max speed available dropped to 100MB. Cust Serv says they can’t determine when the max speed available dropped. So I’ve been overpaying for who knows how long. Say it was my responsibility

Thank you to @GoKineticFiber ...something is wrong with our Internet that requires a tech, next available..JULY 23RD ..well now I got to figure out how to work 40 hours a week from home for 7 days because you guys can't send a tech before then? I'll be disconnecting my service and going with a competitor...piece of shit Windstream. No customer service, shorty signal and now my job is in jeopardy because you can't send someone for something that will probably take 5 mins to figure out...yeah hell no

My small, family owned business is currently being held hostage by @GoKineticFiber We were told by a rep we could cancel without their early termination fees only for leadership to say they won't honor that. Fees are over $6k. Way to support your local small businesses 🤬

I think I figured out my WiFi issues with my computer finally. Getting a new extender tomorrow so we’ll see if that fixes the issue. If so, I’m definitely gonna start streaming again 😈 I have RE2 to play. Cause haha the 32 down 90 up just ain’t doing it for me
