Hey @GoKineticFiber , I’ve been on a 200 MB plan for almost a decade. At some point, the max speed available dropped to 100MB. Cust Serv says they can’t determine when the max speed available dropped. So I’ve been overpaying for who knows how long. Say it was my responsibility

@Ticketmaster But they don't notify you when one has been rescheduled and you drive 435 mi. and get a $150 hotel only to find the venue empty.
