@zerohedge The thing about being in a fight is that there are 2 parties involved. Just because one decides it's over, the other party isn't going to go 'ok' automatically. The White House has made terrible decisions around this conflict.

@buccocapital My mom was head of HR for a Fortune 500 plastics company. Traveled all over the world when I was a teen as she oversaw the training of every employee onto SAP. It was a huge investment and I highly doubt anyone is experimenting with doing it again just because Claude can code.

Ai is great but it requires proper expectations. Maybe the best example of Ai not replacing the human element in a transaction is probably the story that @ryanserhant just shared. Ai is an ingredient but so are humans.

@GoLikeHell_ @btcjvs Friend of mine bought at a 4.85% rate in 2018, refinanced in 2020 to a 3.25% rate and that removed his monthly PMI as well. Appealed his property taxes and they were lowered by 40%. It works. Not for every buyer, but it definitely works for some.

@SacAppraiser Absolutely disagree. They help set prices to move homes. Higher the price, higher the commission. Look at the NAR lawsuit, that was caused by realtors trying to ensure commissions. Realtors are at the top of the food chain for causing home valuation issues
