@AllKindsWeather He’s basically Will Grier except most of the Twitter fanbase wasn’t alive when he played here. His kid is on the other team and obviously there was some emotion with her leaving (that appears valid at the present). I just dont think how he acted is that big of a deal. 🤷🏻♂️

Jason Williams changed a whole bunch of fans’ opinions of him with his behavior today— fact is, he played half of one bad year and then smoked himself off the team.
And facts are still facts no matter the feelings behind someone.
So he won one game at Rupp? Whoopee. Mike White did too. That’s not enough to be recognized as a legend and it definitely isn’t enough good for us to overlook him screaming at and taunting 18-22 year old athletes.
Great NBA career. Nice 15-ish game stretch here at Florida that showed us Gator basketball could be good. Overall impact on Gator athletics is very clearly a net negative, so fuck him.
