I have bought one of the noise product, a ear buds from the blinkit, the ear buds work for 1month n it stopped working, i claim the warranty, the gave a new one ig but again its not working, the model is vs neo , what should I do it's just waste of money @gonoise

@gonoise purchased the noise masterbuds 2 on launch with prebook pass from Flipkart. Half a year later and the adhesive from earbuds was gone and mesh came off. I sent it for replacement (still under warranty)and got someone else's owned earbuds instead as replacement???

Hey @gonoise, since when is it acceptable to hold paid hardware hostage for data harvesting? I bought your smartwatch, but the app completely blocks me from using it unless I surrender my personal phone number. Providing my email ID wasn't enough for you?
