@mmmKay_laa John had taillight pieces embedded in his clothing. If you follow the timeline / location of her vehicle, the police had no time to plant taillight (I say this as someone familiar with the Canton roads). So, if the police had no time to plant taillight, how did John get taillight in his clothing? It is indicative that he came in contact with Karen's vehicle. The taillight is the key evidence. RE: the injuries....the prosecution's theory is he was clipped. He died from an injury to the back of his head.

@KayDiFlorio @TeamFUKR @NoodleMom1983 It appears the only evidence you use is very subjective and is limited to only what you desire the injures should be. Everything else points to an impact with the SUV. Unless you have data from about 100 different people hit by an suv in reverse at 24mph, it’s pure guessing.

There is a a lot of conflicting data out there. I found Nicholas Guarino, Jessica Hyde, Ian Whiffen, and Jud Welcher’s reports to be unreliable due to bias and credibility issues that came up during both trials. There was data that showed John took 18-24 steps away from the vehicle that put him inside the house, (based on the distance from the curb to the house) That 24mph trigger at the time John’s phone stopped moving, does not prove where the vehicle was at that time. We are in agreement that the taillight was broken at 8:22am. It has not been proven that it didn’t crack when she backed into his Traverse. While most of your argument is centered around the taillight. I don’t see much from you centered around John’s injuries. In fact most of AFKR seem far more invested in ambiguous details about the taillight instead of focusing on the human being. Ignoring that he doesn’t have a broken bone below his neck where you claim he was struck with force great enough to break the diffuser is incongruous to the attention you’ve put into the taillight. Many of the AFKR go on about “ common sense” or the lack thereof, yet cling to the idea that OJO’s arm could smash a taillight, but leave only scratches that strongly resemble animal bites/scratches. And THEN find it plausible that he was spun, thrown 30 feet and found face down with two black eyes and an unexplainable gash on the back of his head, vomit on his pants but nowhere near his body. And the investigative “ science” behind that was “ it just did”. That’s sensible?? Not for me.

If you didn’t get a chance , you should listen to the recording of Sparkly’s Space. Truth commanded that “room” like a school principal corralling a bunch of squabbling junior high students, and she never lost her cool for a second! She debated for 2.5 hours and knew every fact like a machine! 2,000 people listened to her! In a gentle way, you can shake the world, and she did that tonight!

@KayDiFlorio @TeamFUKR @NoodleMom1983 Actually, the health data that registered the last steps were 36 of them at about the time he would have been hit by the suv and propelled some distance, so a combination of him walking and being hit for the total of 36. The distance to the house and back would be way more.
