Who planted the Albert family rock at 34 Fairview for the jury view of the scene? Why wasn’t it promptly removed by law enforcement or the prosecution team upon arrival? The new owners of 34 Fairview have cameras. Did law enforcement review footage to determine who did this?

But… Waterfall footage starts 10:30 and BOTH are already there, drinking together For their story to work They’d have to leave Hillside earlier than stated, or Spend very little time there, contradicting the “eat and drink” narrative. You can’t have both. How does Sarah Levinson place them at 34 Fairview before the adults go out? Chris Albert says Julie brings him clothes (a “ritual”) and that John texted him and he says he’s stuck at the store, why did he not tell john he had clothes and would be out as soon as he could? John was literally NEXT DOOR to his shop! Leverage, and PR. The McAlberts have lost their concierge legal and public relations services from the NCDAO. They are exploiting the litigation privilege by putting their wildly false narrative in a court filing to immunize against defamation claims from Karen. They know damn well they can't push their false narrative publicly without risking even more liability. Their defamation suit is a very expensive press release bc they have to cycle it through an attorney. Ordinarily, they would be better off using their resources to build their legal defense in the civil cases, but they don't have a leg to stand on legally, aka they're screwed. They can't gaslight the public directly so they've fallen to collaterally.

Two weeks before testifying, Jen was told the defense had GPS proving she was at Lank’s house for 45 minutes. Watch how the story shifts: ➡️ Kerry’s version: Picked up Jen + kids → dropped kids at 1 Meadows → drove to Lank’s (daughter wanted to go) → Jen used bathroom → dropped Jen home. Never went near 34 Fairview. No reason to because it’s not on the way. ➡️ Jen’s version (Trial 1): Same route. Kerry dropped her daughter at Lank’s on the way home. Slowly drove by 34 Fairview but didn’t stop. ➡️ Jen’s version (Trial 2): AJ shows up with receipts to show Jen. GPS puts Jen at 34 Fairview for 4-6 minutes. Now she admits they stopped, but just “slowly stopped.” 🚨 What Jen’s actual GPS shows: 📍12:19pm: 1 Meadows 📍5:21 & 5:28pm: Jen’s house 📍5:36 & 5:40pm: 34 Fairview 📍5:43–6:28pm: Lank’s house 📍6:34pm: Jen’s house Why would Kerry pick up Jen to take her to 34 Fairview then to Lank’s and then drop her back off at home? Hank stating his Bluetooth disconnected from the Lexus at 12:30 in pre- trial hearing had to come from Hyde’s report. The term “disconnected” is likely a broad term used by him, but he must have spoken to Hyde before making such a statement. I do agree the report doesn’t state this explicitly. I’m believing his verbal statement and that he summarized with Hyde prior, as the times align. The question is why he dropped it. Because it destroyed his timeline and Karen left prior, or was it completely inaccurate? I’m curious about what you said about Jackson’s questions on the home speaker Bluetooth….what are you thinking he saw? Aperture I view as the clean up crew who have shown themselves willing to lie to give Hank the answer he wants.

After reading Jessica Hyde’s report pertaining to John O’Keefe’s cell phone, I finally understand why Alan Jackson asked several witnesses about the Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen at 34 Fairview. It also explains why Hank only mentioned that John’s cell phone disconnected from the Lexus Bluetooth at 12:30 in his opening statement.
