Day 46: Run done in 5h25m. I had Caroline my amazing wife run the full with me. Her first marathon since the kids. She’s awesome. It was hot but I ran sensibly. Verian who also ran with us, ran her PB which was 32kms! Deeside runners again came and ran me in. Thank you.
