The world record for a mile swim is just over 15 minutes. I will try to beat this on Saturday in the Serpentine. The furthest I have swam is 25m. I am terrified but it is worth it. I am pushing myself for @actnforchildren so children can #choosechildhood justgiving.com/fundraising/cl…
