@AskPS_UK - so how on earth does a committed PS4 gamer get assistance when your online support does not listen? Please help.

@AskPS_UK I'm new to VR and didn't realise they all had the VR suffix - I was under the impression it was a VR game - I had no idea there WAS a flat version until I downloaded and tried it. I'm just asking for PS to kindly make an exception in this instance.

@Goardo Sorry to hear that! Our games are clearly labelled so you know what you are purchasing before you commit to it - and if something seems unclear you're always welcome to reach out. Did something on the game's entry led you to believe it's the VR version and not the other one? ^NL

@AskPS_UK I wouldn't mind but I've spent £1,000 over the years on PS4 games and accessories. Bad customer service and seriously reconsidering my next console upgrade.

@PlaystationUK I'm a PS owner since PS1. Spent a LOT of money on PS games/accessories. 1 simple mistake & hope that customer service can assist, but it seems you only have 1 answer from a rulebook & no way of pursuing an issue without taking to Twitter. Hopefully you can assist?

@PintSizedFarmer Those are impressive mandalas! I’m no great artist like some here but I write, play piano and draw a bit of manga now and then.

When I'm fed up, or bored or anxious I hand draw mandalas. I don't do anything with them (my mum says "but what USE are they?!" 😁) but I fill a sketchbook and each page has a different design. It is immensely relaxing and absorbing. What crafty stuff does everyone else do?

@SharonBlondie47 Nope! I do not have one... but I did have the very original Nabaztag years ago (the first WiFi character experience in the shape of a rabbit) all this before Alexa was even born. I called him FR4NK. He had character. Alexa... she can just get in the bin.
