Sky TV, devious as hell. Renew contracts, don’t send documentation, put prices up then say they will listen to calls and phone back in a week. Don’t phone back, same fob off 3 times now after signing new 2 year contract in October. Been with them 36 years. So much for loyalty.

@bookingcom A 'workaround' sums it up. Why so difficult after signing in to automatically apply filters or at least offer an opportunity to keep them for a session? Annoying after searching one place, not found anything to search another place only to have to start all over again.

Hi Billy, at the moment, Booking.com doesn’t offer a setting to automatically keep your filters ticked every time you visit. Filters apply to a specific search, so if you start a new search you’ll need to select them again. As a workaround, you can bookmark a search-results page after choosing your filters and open that bookmark next time to quickly get back to a similar filtered search.

@bookingcom your search filters continue to be the most annoying of any site. Why, oh why, do you clear them all off every time the dates or location are tweaked? We have used the same filters for years and it would be so easy to save them to our profile. Sort it out, please!

@bookingcom I’ve had similar reply before, nothing ever changes. Why not attach smart filters to the user.? We travel a lot & have the same filters time after time. What makes it additionally annoying is the way the screen jumps all over the place & you can’t just scroll down to apply them

Contacted O2 to say that we and other neighbours are getting only a 1 bar signal in our area (SK6 ) calls can’t be made or received or drop out half way through. Rather than resolve the problem, their written response was to look for another provider. Not the greatest attitude.
