Highlighting XRP and its efforts multiple times. Here are the findings and why especially Bitcoin:

>XRP's native key rotation ability for accounts, unlike ETH and Solana.
>Google found that a lot fewer physical and logical qubits can break public blockchains than expected! In less than 9 minutes so that's enough to attack Bitcoin.
So a key rotation alone is not enough to protect, the submitted signature can attacked.
