@NHS_ELFT Hi, I'm using my daughter's account as she's unable to think straight right now. We're unable to contact her psychiatrist and the DECAR team are not responding to our requests for help. My daughter has been diagnosed with mania and a letter was sent via the doctor

@GodlessGirlsFun It's definitely the kind of thing that would fit on the channel and I have considered it in the past. My only reservation was that it has been covered before by similar creators. That's not to say I definitely wouldn't do it but I think I'd need to come up with a unique angle! 😊

@ThatPeterAustin my friend has a suggestion for you and I wondered if it would be worth giving it a try. Strange laws from way back when that are still in effect today. Is that a thing you might be interested in? It'd take a lot of research but I'd think you're up to the task 😊

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky team. Sorry to bother you. I saw a post you made about "if you think something is wrong check here" kind of thing and out of curiosity I clicked it. Turns out I'm not getting the speed I should be getting on my broadband. I'm hard of hearing so calling is hard

That makes sense Rosemary, even though your connection is all fine and things are working as they should, it may advise on not getting the speeds you should be, if this is below the minimum guaranteed or an issue is detected, what would be best is to connect with the team for some support so they can look into the issue with your speeds and offer some advice on this. @SkyHelpTeam It said that there's a problem let's try to fix it for you, went through the process and while the broadband itself is fine, connection etc it said our speed wasn't as fast as it should be. I took a screenshot of it if that will help?

Hello Rosemary, thanks for reaching out to us🙂 I appreciate not getting the speeds you should be on your broadband service isn't great at all, when you did the check via the post that you seen and you seen some info around you not receiving the speed you should be, did it offer some further information, steps to run through or advise to call? @SkyHelpTeam hi team I need your help again. I have a red light on my broadband, everything was working fine up until 30 minutes ago. I've done the service checker and it says everything is fine. I've tried the tips to get it working again but it hasn't worked. Advice please 😊

@SkyHelpTeam We've found the issue. The power cable had come out of the little WiFi socket below the window. It's working again and we have broadband again, yay ☺️. Thank you for helping me out today 😊
