I can confirm that Matt Riccardi, who served as Mavericks co-interim GM this season, is leaving the team after four seasons with his hometown NBA franchise. I'm told the decision was mutual, as it was with Jason Kidd's departure.

Ivey becoming... Ivey is a key issue. Daniss was a great find but he needs to be in the sixth man role, not starting as the secondary playmaker. Robinson and LeVert made them better but they need a high usage secondary weapon. Pathway is pretty clear for Detrot.

I would consider taking on Jalen Suggs’ long contract if they took Vando and DK. Jalen’s contract decreases each year after a huge hit in the first 2 years.
