I have received the message from E-Vahan (attached photo) : But GD Motors, Nagaonhas charged me Rs. 43500/- and also not given any bill. But it has paid only Rs. 38609 to Govt. The GM claims it to be commission money. @anandmahindra @anandmahindra Please look into this fraud

@gsthelpline @anandmahindra @18002096006 GST fraud by GM Motors having GSTIN: 18AAJFG8532C1ZF To decrease GST liability, GD Motors manipulates invoices and shows some OEM discount (which is not passed on to customers) in invoice. This matter warrants an inquiry by GST Cell

@18002096006 There is no resolution of the complaint at Area Sales Manager level. OEM discount is mentioned in invoice by GD Motors but not given to me. So, either GD Motors is cheating me by not giving OEM discount, or is making fraud invoice to lower GST. @gsthelpline @askGST_GoI

@anandmahindra @MahindraRise Please look into this fraud by your dealer GD Motors, Nagaon, Assam. They have not passed on the OEM discount of Rs 12000 + taxes for XUV300 to customer, even Though they have received the same from Mahindra. Details are attached

@GogoiIrts We have already raise RA (Refund Application) to the airline and there is a procedure of 90 to 120 days and the refund is subject to the airline's approval. We will auto process your refund once your RA is approved by airline.
