Been getting some hate for my coaching methods lately. Let me clarify something. My job as a mental and performance coach is to listen to your problems. But it is not my job to let you wallow in your self doubt. I am tough on my players and sometimes I tell them to just lock the fuck in. But that doesn’t come from a place of hatred it comes from knowing how incredibly capable the players I work with are. So I’m sorry to disappoint, but I’ll stay a tough love coach xx
