This is really for the whole team behind making EPIC.LAN happen for the last 23 years so I’m proud to be heading out to Cologne to talk to peers about how we have been championing grassroots esports which is more important now than ever!

I've got a chunk of the UK CS community in the halls of Kettering that weekend, let's do something with it.

If only the UK had a CS event around that time that @TeamGBR_Esports could engage with...

@Dom_Sacco Having places as 'esports ready' is fine, and arguably in the world of modern broadcast there aren't loads of differences to make sure a venue is built ready, particularly with the digital infrastructure needed for real sports. Probably using esports as a marketing buzzword.

I’m not sure London needs another big venue for esports. Reports say this will also host boxing and basketball events (serving as a base for a London franchise in an upcoming NBA Europe competition), so I predict it’ll mainly be used for sports.

Do I have any PUBGM observers following (pref UK based, but otherwise EU)? Seeking 1 for an upcoming project.
