I was cleaning my husband's car and found this under his floor mat. Since I found it, I'm going to keep it. Maybe it's meant for me. My cousin saw it and said I should ask my husband first, but why would I do that? He probably forgot he placed it there anyway.
@GodsonKankani Stimela Music Group has a song called, 'I hate telling a lie'. Stop telling lies, not even a village in South Africa get electricity from Botswana. Instead Botswana imports most of its bulk power supply from South Africa.
BREAKING 🚨 Botswana SLAMS South Africa with Power Cut & Border Closure Over Xenophobic Attacks 😤
President Duma Boko has declared a full state of emergency and unleashed drastic measures against South Africa following escalating xenophobic violence targeting Botswana nationals.
In a bombshell move, Botswana has cut off electricity supply to several South African provinces, an unprecedented step that could severely worsen SA’s crippling energy crisis. The country has also ordered the immediate closure of all borders and demanded that every Botswana citizen currently in South Africa returns home immediately.
During a fiery address, President Boko blasted the mistreatment of his people, reminding South Africa of Botswana’s historical support during the anti-apartheid struggle.
Tensions have now reached boiling point 🔥
@ZANewsFlash Why is our government failing to support locals small businesses but allocating billions to tenders. We were slaves to the white minority, now we will be slaves to Ethiopians, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis. This can't be the norm. We reject this outright.
PICS: The political leadership of the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality in Queenstown in the Eastern Cape says it has met with the leadership representatives of the Ethiopian community to introduce themselves to the municipality with the aim of building healthy, working relations with the municipality and government.
The delegation of the municipality was led by Mayor Madoda Papiyana from the ANC - KZN Tonight Podcast
@ZANewsFlash It's really refreshing to hear that there people who still believe this country can be great if all hands are on deck. Long Live General Mkhwanazi, Long Live. 💪Amandla to the people who put this country's interests at ❤️
NEWS: KZN Provincial Police Commissioner, Lt General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, says the historic media briefing he convened on 6 July 2025 was neither an exercise of popularity nor a campaign or even an attempt to become a public figure.
But it was an act of duty informed by conscience, an act informed by the love of the country. And an act informed by the responsibility he carries as the head of the police in KwaZulu-Natal.
Mkhwanazi said this while addressing the National Press Club in Pretoria, where he received the newsmaker of the year award.
He told the club that when institutions begin to fear the truth more than they fear criminality, society enters dangerous territory, and South Africa is right now standing at such a crossroads.
"We cannot continue to normalise corruption. We cannot continue to protect incompetence. We cannot continue to romanticise criminality while honest citizens live behind burglar bars, businesses collapse under extortion, communities are terrorised by organised crime, and public trust in institutions continues to erode. The truth is painful; a capable state cannot coexist with compromised institutions," he said.
He added that the process of renewal cannot selectively target certain sectors while others remain untouched.
The ongoing spring cleaning of the criminal justice system must cut across all sectors of society; government departments, municipalities, law enforcement agencies, the private sector and even the media itself.
He stressed that if South Africa is serious about a national reset, then that reset must include everyone.
"Include all of us; political leadership, law enforcement, the judiciary, business, civil society and the media. No institution can place itself above scrutiny while demanding accountability from others."

@MbalulaFikile Mandela and Tambo wrote their history, the current generation is writing theirs as well. Even Christians want new miracles to happen, they are tired of Moses, Abednego and Samson's miracles.
[WATCH] The Movement defends the constitutional rights of every lawful resident of the Republic, South African and non-South African alike. Equally, the Movement defends the right of the Republic to control its own borders, to enforce its own immigration laws, and to set quotas on lawful immigration and to the absorptive capacity and developmental needs of the country. These two positions are not in contradiction.
Cde O.R. Tambo did not allow that contradiction to be drawn. Cde Madiba did not allow it. We will not allow it. The Concept Note on Migration, Peace and Stability, tabled by the NEC Subcommittee, is the standing reference. The Constitutional Court ruling of 12 May 2026 on repeat asylum applications is part of the law we will defend.

@mankopane2@LimChronicle Point taken. We all know this is about attending to patients. If you've been to these places, you would understand her frustration. If there's nothing to give to patients, attend and release them. A person in for check not needing any medication shouldn't be there for 5-6 hours

@KaroroMitchelle Gees, if possible please go and stay somewhere with people who can understand your situation. Your aunt is horrible. She doesn't want you around anymore
Do y'all also have a family member who buys their kid their own takeaways whilst knowing that there's also another kid in the house ?
My aunt is like that whenever she orders or decides to buy her 4 year old daughter a KFC or McDonald's meal she'll only buy for her daughter while she knows my son also is around when she does that I just take my son and go for a walk and come back after a while that's annoys me so much because she knows I'm not working, I've been job hunting with no luck . Today she came back with KFC for herself and her daughter, I just called my son to the room and you know how kids are , he started crying that he also wants it , I told him I'll buy it tomorrow , she said to her daughter" just give him a little piece ..." I said no it's fine he just finished eating" because she did it on purpose.
