@goldbelly @UPS @48HourPrint I did. Absolutely helpless. Just refunded so he didn’t have to deal with. Never once asked for that. The easy solution was refused because it would be an extra charge and he just refunded it.

Man, what a day of customer service experiences. @UPS is just simply incoherent. @goldbelly essentially told me my happiness wasn't worth a measily extra charge to fix an address and would rather refund than make me happy. @48HourPrint however, the crown jewel. Above and beyond!

My first @goldbelly disappointment. I’ve ordered the Taste of @TheMasters box for years and it’s always great. I ordered this year’s box many weeks ago for delivery yesterday. I was hoping to have a Masters celebration today. Just learned the box won’t be here until Tuesday! 😢

Anyone else have delayed delivery with their Taste of the Masters shipment 📦 from @goldbelly for the 2026 kit? All the email notifications said April 10 2026 for arrival but tracking is showing April 11 2026 now. It will still be in time for the watch party, so no worries really, but last year the 2025 kit had no delays. Just wondering if there is an underlying issue.

@goldbelly Goldbelly Support got back early this morning and offered a replacement shipped or $25. I chose the replacement. The daughters wanted to see how the BBQ is. Fast response. I was surprised.

I ordered the Large "A taste of the Masters" kit and @goldbelly forgot to put the Pork BBQ in my box 😭 My oldest daughter included the placard for the MIA BBQ, for her IG post. I submitted a ticket to goldbelly. Let's see how this goes...

Ordered @goldbelly #TasteOfTheMasters several weeks ago and had it delivered to my daughter and son-in-law’s house in Phoenix metro today. My wife and I are in town visiting for spring break and plan to have a Masters party with them tomorrow. The Out-Of-Box experience was fantastic and my daughter couldn’t be more pleased.
