Honesty
People think i was just lucky in life and somehow inner development came naturally
On the contrary, it took tremendous suffering at a young age and a lot of honesty
Maybe that is the difference, i admitted it to myself at a young age (22) and acted on it to cleanse myself of all that filth and sick ego and refused to back down until i had final clarity on what the ¨I¨ was (not), so just so you know you are not alone, i was:
- porn addict
- masturbation addict
- arrogant
- unkind to people
- selfish
- weak, tired, depleted
- no inner development
- spiritually poor
- financially broke
- visited strip clubs
- had countless physical symptoms
- sick a lot
- hormones out of control
- lack of focus, lack of control, lack of discipline
- even engaged in an orgy
- risked my health
- risked my life
- got burn-out
- depressed
- even suicidal for 1 day
so yes...you are not alone. Maybe i got lucky because i was blessed with such intense suffering in a short period of time that i had to change, but in the end, only one things matters:
or you turn inside, or you do not
that is the only real game in town, so get real, look in the mirror, and ask yourself what you are doing and who is the one doing it

Balik lagi pada time valuation of money di mana uang sekarang jauh lebih berharga daripada uang di masa depan sehingga konsep bunga itu tidak bisa dihilangkan.

Depresiasi akuntansi jalan sejak day 1 itu konvensi pelaporan, bukan klaim bahwa barang “rusak dipakai”. Tapi secara ekonomi:
– mesin tetap punya umur, risiko usang, obsolescence, storage cost, opportunity cost.
– hak pakai sudah berpindah ke kamu, meski kamu pilih nggak pakai. Itu keputusanmu.
Uang beda total: dipinjam tidak aus, tidak usang, tidak berubah karena dipakai peminjam.
Jadi ini bukan soal “dipakai atau nggak”, tapi apakah objeknya memang mengalami penurunan nilai intrinsik. Mesin iya. Uang tidak.

Finance itu liberal arts dan jangan bayangin ini soal itung2an rumus ruwet — semua orang dari semua jurusan bisa paham finance selama lulus matematika pas SD karena yang menting paham logics dan common sense-nya
