Pattern recognition is critical to protecting yourself from disinformation. If an account has a vague location (state only) and a sports fandom (major team from state) and a general interest (outdoor recreation from state), it may well be a generated account for influence ops.

Realistically, enough people are still infatuated with Heise that there may not be the votes to remove if. If THAT'S the case, create KPIs (yes, reasonable ones) to show if he's actually doing anything useful. If he's not? Boot him. I would bet a grand that I can out fund raise and bring in more members in a year than he can.

4 months of Heise not getting paid for PDR would get enough money for an investigation retainer... Pass it on. @StevenNekhaila Do this until the investigation is over. Then decide if refunding the project through salary is the correct way forward. Also, I'll donate again if you do. And I'll donate my time to PDR efforts in PA over the summer.
