Never like to see anyone lose their job but unfortunately this was long overdue given the playing style that just didn't suit us whatsoever and didn't get results. Having said that, I wish Brian nothing but the best - a really genuinely good person who got us through tough times

The body shape was not larger. No movement of hand to ball. The deflected ball certainly struck the arm. At the time it did the body was vertical. Not a penalty kick for me.

@PeterJMacca Yes he can't play all season as he is young, but as you say Mykolenko has been poor, Aznou cost us 8mil, if he is not ready, then we are not really in a position to buy for the future? Moyes is too cautious at times, same in his first spell.

@Gold_Coast_Blue Assuming he was injured tbh mate, but even if he was fit I don't think you can throw him in at the deep end all season. Then there's Mykolenko who isn't good enough imo and can't play on the overlap coz he can't cross a ball, which is what Moyes needs from his fullbacks.

Just hammered home tonight how short we are. We need a left back, a right back, a centre mid who can actually carry a ball and not just play a 5 yard pass, a right winger and a centre forward, all with pace. And that's just for the starting 11
