Back in the 1960s there was a company called National Video. They made color television picture tubes, and were the first to produce a 23-inch rectangular color TV picture tube. It quickly became the industry standard, and every major TV set producer scrambled to get their hands on National Video’s picture tubes. They literally couldn’t make them fast enough. Interesting, I’m not sure we need to spend money on an acquisition of a media company. We are already partnered with them, why not continue with that? I get it that brand awareness is important, but we have only 10 or so large customers and they already know who we are. That's eye-opening. Yes, many new jobs are created in the US, but unfortunately not in the productive sectors. An economy based on services with a weak manufacturing base cannot stay the global leader forever. Weren’t tariffs supposed to bring manufacturing back to the US?
