My nephew got it down the road 50 yards, into a field, and jumped out of it while it was being engulfed in flames last evening. Some burnt hair and sore today from jumping out of the cab. His mother was first to come upon it so you know how that was. Thank God 🙏 he got out!

#runstreak day 2,810 💚 Not training for anything means Sundays are a free ticket to run however I want to. So I spent some time in the woodland today. Ran 4.48 miles first. Then found a quiet spot in the middle of the woods, meditated & then did a grounding session. Perfect🧘🏽‍♀️✨
