@grungenutz @snartfartmcgee @LeftAtLondon Yes, cold brew is made with truly cold water. Somewhere in the realm of 10-30 Kelvin. 300 Kelvin would be if you are making a tepid brew. A tepid brew it like a cold brew, but with a higher risk of mold and bacterial growth. It’s for people who like to live dangerously.
