@KeeblerUS Where do we submit customer feedback? I purchased’Soft Baked’ expecting just a rebrand of the ‘Soft Batch’ and it was INCREDIBLY disappointing. Chalky. Crumbly. It was like buying Great Value.

@KeeblerUS just got a six pack of your mini graham pie crusts on Friday. When my family opened them today we discovered they all smelled and tasted like some kind of soap! What happened to the idea of quality control guys? These are nasty and I'm just hoping we don't get sick.
