Awful customer service from @NandosUK tonight. No food for my son at all and all you can say is they will refund. My son is so upset. Terrible customer care!!!

@Tesco As I said this has happened a few time’s since shielding, yet we’ve had it again! Nothing has changed at all. Not the service other supermarkets have given at all, hence this will be the last time we use Tesco!

@Tesco ANOTHER home delivery and another load of food going out of date within a day or 2. For a family shielding that can’t go out, this isn’t good enough. I’ve called and received a refund but this seriously isn’t good enough when we can’t leave the house and rely on deliveries

Absolutely disgusting customer service from @IKEAUKSupport I’ve had no washing machine since December. Told it was a Whirlpool so sent a Whirlpool engineer yesterday. He said it isn’t their machine. I now have to wait for another engineer WC 20th January to assess it. Fuming!!
